Remember, no one ever dies from a snake bite. It is the poison, that the snake leaves in the body, that kills the person.

When someone hurts you, and they only leave the poison if you do not confront them and or forgive them, and free your mind to focus on what matters. When you forgive, you remove the poison from your body.

However, when you fail to forgive, the poison of hate, anger and annoyance affects your ability to focus and progress.

To be happy, forgive and forget.
