Many people are afraid of taking that critical first step to their business success for fear of making mistakes. They are afraid of speaking out their mind for fear of making grammatical mistakes. It is said that the fear of public speaking is one of the top two things in addition to death most people are afraid of.

Such people have inner little voice that keeps telling them “you will make mistakes”, “your grammar is not good”, “you stammer”, “there are better educated people in the audience”, “you cannot do this”, “you are poor speaker”, etc. Do you have such negative voices?

The same reasons can explain why most people are afraid of publishing. They fear to have typos, mistakes, misspellings in their work.

The good news is English is a first language for very few people. It is likely that you just learnt English. As such, it should not get in the way of your success. You need to learn just enough English to express your skills and great ideas to empower others to grow. Otherwise, consider becoming an English teacher.

What I want to tell you today is that express yourself freely. There are folks who are so obsessed that they will refuse to learn from your ideas because your report contains a typo. Just ignore. Such people are slaves of their own limited thinking.

Your business and life is not a grammar class. It is all about great ideas.

So, your business is not about being perfect in English. It is not an English exam. It is about having winning ideas and putting them into action first in your local language, then translating it in other languages. You could as well hire someone to do the translation for you.

Don’t wait reaching the world. Speak up! You will never learn all the languages so well not to make mistakes.
