2020 has been stressful. We cannot wait to celebrate the new year 2021. We hope a vaccine for Coronavirus will be found next year.
Since 2020 is still here, you have a reason to find time and practice relaxation techniques. Try to save time at every opportunity to sit and reflect. The best time is usually before going to bed. Plan to use 5 – 10 minutes of intensive breathing in and out, while holding your breath for each cycle for at least 30 seconds. If you can do that, you practice your lungs to be strong. Whereas listening to music or reading an interesting book relaxes the mind, breathing deeply with intention helps relax the lungs.
Swimming is considered one of the best exercises as it affects every part of your body. To propel forward, you must use your legs, hands, and body well. To keep your head in the water, you must hold your breath, which happens to be tough while you are exerting energy to move forward. Plus, while in the water you must stay alert and look through water. If you cannot access a swimming pool, go sit on your bed and inhale, exhale for at least 10 minutes. You will notice the difference.
If you are broke, do not just sit and worry. Do something about it. Ask for help. Go talk to your immediate boss. In tough times, even people without a heart tend to get one. They will listen. If you have a village, call the people there and tell them to send food. Heck, why suffer when you have not yet exhausted all the options.
Have a lovely weekend. Remember, when you wake up early. Work 365 days a year. And do your best, you succeed. And there is nothing better than family and friends. Try to always stay in touch.
Relax. Life will be better tomorrow, if only you do something to progress.
