Global lifestyle and way of life are being undermined by a virus COVID-19.

Social interactions, networking, and communal entertainment are things that make the world flow. It is difficult, if possible, to enjoy life in isolation.

Advancement in road, rail, air and water transport are the definitive developments in the 19th century that reduced the distance between nations. This deepened global collaborations in trade, tourism, and entertainment, to mention but three. One of the indicators of development is the quality of transport infrastructure – road, rail, water, and air – all these reduce time and space.

The Covid-19 is affecting the world adversely because it is stopping the human condition: social interactions. With the world moving towards lock-down, a global recession is in sight unless urgent measures are implemented to stop the spread of the diseases.

Anything or any virus that affects the ability of people to meet and interact is a huge threat. All the notable sporting events are being canceled. Football, NBA, racing, etc. are being canceled. The entire entertainment ecosystem is being canceled. Every situation whether bad or good always gives us many lessons!

Many of us have always taken some life moments for granted; for instance, having an adventurous holiday trip abroad, a business trip, coming together for networking praise and worship, meeting as friends for business, wedding events, healthy competitions in schools and organizations, among other activities that make life meaningful and enjoyable.

Personally, this outbreak and spread of the COVID-19 virus have taught many lessons but most important is social interaction is a key opportunity God has given us.
What do you learn from this menace that has frozen the world?
