After Uganda Revenue Authority sent many reminders to the companies to pay their outstanding tax, the body took the necessary steps. The Ministries of Finance and Public Service have said that by June 15 2014, all the civil servants shall have received their outstanding salaries. The Finance Ministry’s Permanent Secretary, Mr. Keith Muhakanizi has therefore called upon all Chief Accounting Officers to submit the names of all public servants’ salary payment claims by June 4 2014.
