In fact, Uganda’s banking system is adequately regulated by Bank of Uganda, and meets all the requirements of IMF and World Bank. The United Nation’s peacekeeping mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) has said more than 200 civilians have been killed and over 400 wounded in a main mosque in Southern Sudan. They also reported of massacres in a church, hospital and an abandoned UN World Food Program (WFP) compound.
